1. What Boostly Is
Boostly.gg is a social growth marketplace. We help customers browse services, place orders, track delivery, and contact support. Some services may be fulfilled by trusted partners, publisher networks, software systems, or third party providers. Boostly may route orders, manage checkout, provide support, and help monitor delivery. Boostly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any platform, brand, or company mentioned on the website.
2. Service Listings
Each service listing may include details such as the service type, platform, package, quantity, estimated start time, estimated delivery time, refill eligibility, and support coverage. You are responsible for reading the service listing before ordering. Service details, delivery times, results, and availability may vary.
3. No Platform Affiliation
Boostly does not claim that any service is approved, endorsed, authorized, or supported by any third party platform. Platform names, logos, or references are used only to identify where a service may apply.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you authorize Boostly to process the order based on the information you provide. You are responsible for checking that all links, usernames, quantities, packages, and service options are correct before submitting payment. Orders may not be reversible once processing has started. Boostly may cancel or refuse an order if: the service is unavailable; the order information is incorrect; the order violates these Terms; the order creates fraud, safety, legal, payment, or abuse concerns; the partner or provider cannot fulfill the request; or payment fails or is flagged for review.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Some services may start quickly. Others may require review, partner routing, campaign scheduling, queue time, or platform availability. Boostly is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect order information, platform changes, partner delays, payment review, service pauses, technical issues, customer account restrictions, third party platform enforcement, or events outside our control.
6. Refills and Replacements
Some services may include refill or replacement eligibility. Refill eligibility depends on the service listing, delivery behavior, order age, quantity, and partner rules. Refills are not guaranteed unless clearly stated on the service listing. Boostly may deny refill requests if: the refill period expired; the customer changed the target link, account, post, server, or channel; the account or content became private, deleted, restricted, or unavailable; the drop was caused by customer action; the service was not refill eligible; or the request appears abusive or fraudulent.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled based on the service type, order status, payment method, and support review. Refunds may be available if: an order cannot be started; a service becomes unavailable before fulfillment; a duplicate payment was made; or Boostly or a partner is unable to complete the order. Refunds may not be available if: the order has started; the order has been completed; the customer submitted incorrect information; the customer changed or deleted the target link, account, post, server, or channel; the account or content became private, restricted, removed, or unavailable; the customer violated these Terms; or the service listing states that the order is non refundable after processing. Where appropriate, Boostly may offer store credit, replacement, refill, partial refund, or another reasonable resolution.
8. Payments
You agree to pay all prices, fees, and charges shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time. Payment processing may be handled by third party payment providers. By paying, you may also be subject to their terms, policies, fraud checks, and verification rules. Boostly may cancel, hold, or review orders if a payment is disputed, reversed, flagged, or suspected of fraud.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with an order, contact Boostly support first. Opening a chargeback without contacting support may result in account restrictions, cancellation of pending orders, loss of service access, or evidence being submitted to the payment provider. Fraudulent disputes are not allowed.
10. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to: provide accurate order information; use services responsibly; follow applicable laws; respect platform rules and community guidelines; avoid using services for fraud, abuse, harassment, impersonation, or deception; and make sure you have the right to promote or submit the account, link, post, server, channel, page, campaign, or content you provide. You are responsible for how you use a service.
11. Prohibited Uses and Code of Honor
You may not use Boostly for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, deceptive activity, intellectual property infringement, harassment, unauthorized access, platform abuse, fake reviews, fake testimonials, click farming, forced labor, coercive labor practices, or services involving hacked, stolen, or hijacked accounts. Boostly’s Code of Honor explains our broader standards for customers, partners, workers, creators, and communities. By using Boostly, you agree not to use our services in ways that conflict with the Code of Honor. Boostly may refuse, cancel, limit, suspend, or remove orders or accounts that violate these Terms, the Code of Honor, or our abuse prevention standards.
12. Ad Placements and Promotion Campaigns
Some Boostly services may involve ad placements, sponsored placements, community promotion, publisher placements, or campaign routing through partner networks. Ad placement services may include estimated impressions, clicks, joins, visits, post placements, campaign duration, or reporting, depending on the package. Boostly does not guarantee sales, conversions, ranking changes, virality, audience behavior, or long term engagement from ad placement services.
13. Partner Fulfillment
Some services may be fulfilled by third party partners, publisher networks, software systems, or providers. Boostly may route orders, monitor partner performance, handle support, and remove partners that violate Boostly standards. Boostly is not responsible for every action of third party partners, but we may take action when we receive credible reports of abuse, fraud, unsafe conduct, or policy violations.
14. Account Access and Security
You are responsible for your Boostly account and login details. You agree not to share account access, misuse another person’s account, or attempt to access systems without permission. Boostly may suspend or terminate accounts that create security, fraud, abuse, payment, or legal concerns.
15. No Password Required
Boostly does not require your social media account password for normal service orders. Do not provide passwords, recovery codes, private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive credentials through order forms, chat, support tickets, or email.
16. User Content and Submitted Links
You are responsible for any account, link, post, server, channel, page, text, image, campaign, or content you submit to Boostly. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate the rights of others. Boostly may reject or remove orders involving illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, adult, hateful, violent, fraudulent, or unsafe content.
17. Reviews and Testimonials
If you submit a review, testimonial, rating, comment, or feedback, it must be honest and based on your real experience. Boostly does not allow fake reviews, fake testimonials, paid undisclosed reviews, review manipulation, or misleading endorsements. Boostly may use submitted feedback for marketing, support, quality control, or service improvement unless you ask us not to.
18. Intellectual Property
Boostly owns or licenses the Boostly name, logo, website design, copy, software, graphics, mascot, and other brand materials. You may not copy, sell, modify, reproduce, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse Boostly materials without written permission. Third party platform names and marks belong to their respective owners.
19. Service Changes
Boostly may update, pause, replace, remove, rename, limit, or discontinue services at any time. We may also change prices, packages, delivery estimates, refill rules, or availability without notice.
20. Website Availability
We try to keep Boostly available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The website, dashboard, support system, services, or checkout may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, security issues, partner issues, platform changes, or events outside our control.
21. No Guaranteed Results
Boostly does not guarantee virality, sales, revenue, brand deals, ranking changes, permanent results, audience behavior, account safety from third party platform action, or specific conversion rates. Any examples, estimates, timelines, statistics, or testimonials are informational and do not guarantee future results.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Boostly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost profit damages. Boostly’s total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.
23. Indemnification
You agree to protect and hold Boostly harmless from claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses that result from: your misuse of Boostly; your violation of these Terms; your violation of law; your submitted content; your breach of third party rights; your misuse of a third party platform; or your fraudulent or abusive activity.
24. Termination
Boostly may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website, dashboard, services, support, or account features if you violate these Terms or create legal, safety, fraud, payment, or abuse concerns.
25. Changes to These Terms
Boostly may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of Boostly after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
