Boostly Code of Honor
1. Reliable Growth Standards
Boostly is built for reliable growth services with clear expectations, transparent service listings, and customer-focused support. Our goal is to help creators, brands, communities, and businesses access growth, visibility, and marketplace services through a cleaner, safer, and more professional buying experience.
Boostly does not endorse click farming, fake traffic, deceptive social media manipulation, or engagement that exists only to inflate numbers, pollute platforms, or harm users.
2. Marketplace and Partner Fulfillment
Boostly operates as a marketplace and order routing layer. Boostly does not directly host or deliver social media automation services. Boostly routes orders and service requests to premium and trusted fulfillment partners who are responsible for completing the selected services. We expect partners to follow applicable laws, service requirements, and Boostly standards.
3. Ethical Operations
Boostly opposes brute force methods, unauthorized access to computer systems, phishing, DDoS attacks, account theft, credential abuse, coercive labor practices, forced labor, slave labor, and exploitation of users or workers. We do not participate in or condone hacking, harassment, abuse, impersonation, or unsafe conduct.
4. Platform and Community Standards
Boostly does not participate in, condone, or encourage platform manipulation, community guideline violations, community harm, or conduct that creates unsafe spaces for creators, customers, communities, or partners. Customers are responsible for using services appropriately and for understanding the rules of any platform, community, or service they interact with.
5. Intellectual Property and Content Rights
Boostly does not sell services intended to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. Customers and partners are expected to respect content ownership, creator rights, platform policies, and applicable law.
6. Core Values
Boostly's core values are reliability, respect, fairness, integrity, professionalism, customer rights, creator support, and safe creative spaces. These values guide how we treat customers, partners, workers, creators, communities, and one another.
7. Expected Behavior
Everyone who interacts with Boostly is expected to: treat others with respect; act fairly and honestly; honor agreements; communicate constructively; respect creators and communities; use services responsibly; and report harmful conduct when they see it.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Boostly does not tolerate: cheating, hacking, win trading, account misuse, DDoS attacks, harassment, discrimination, threats, stalking, retaliation, impersonation, copyright violations, unauthorized access, platform abuse, fraudulent activity, click farming, deceptive traffic, deceptive social media manipulation, fake reviews or testimonials, forced labor, slave labor, coercive labor practices, or exploitation of workers or users.
9. Reporting Violations
Violations, abuse, intellectual property concerns, or unsafe conduct may be reported through support tickets or by emailing support@boostly.gg. Reports should include as much relevant detail as possible so the team can review the issue fairly.
10. Investigations and Non-Retaliation
Boostly reviews reports in good faith, protects safety when needed, keeps matters reasonably confidential, and does not tolerate retaliation against people who report concerns.
11. Consequences
Violations may result in warnings, removal from services or activities, account restrictions, community removal, bans, partner removal, contract termination, or employment discipline where applicable.
12. Responsible Business
Boostly supports responsible business principles, including respect for human rights, fair labor practices, anti-corruption standards, customer protection, and ethical marketplace participation. We believe growth services should be delivered through clear standards, trusted partners, and systems that respect people.
